At Earthme Essentials, we take great pride in the quality of our wellness products. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to feel confident in every purchase you make.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL — HEALTH & WELLNESS PRODUCTS
Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products — including yoni steam herbs, yoni pearls, feminine wash, and wellness kits — all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products for health and safety reasons.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at earthmeessentialz@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged or defective item
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your claim and work to make it right with a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
LOST OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at earthmeessentialz@gmail.com so we can investigate with the carrier. Please note that Earthme Essentials is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders are processed and cannot be cancelled.
STORE CREDIT
In select cases, we may offer store credit at our discretion. Store credit is non-transferable and has no cash value.
