PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (U.S.)
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Once your order has shipped, standard delivery typically takes an additional 3–7 business days depending on your location.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
DELAYS
Earthme Essentials is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Earthme Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you believe your package is lost, contact us at earthmeessentialz@gmail.com and we will work with you to find a resolution.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Earthme Essentials is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
